Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team and support the successful execution of interior fit-out projects across the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, vendor management, and material sourcing
• Experience in coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams
• Ability to negotiate prices, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of materials
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and procurement documentation
