ARC Global is actively looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Finance team in the UAE. If you have a strong understanding of receivables, customer collections, and financial reporting, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Accounts Receivable cycle
• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections
• Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Prepare aging reports and collection status reports
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
• Record receipts and allocate customer payments accurately
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support month-end closing and audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Experience in collection management and customer account reconciliation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is an advantage)
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
