AVLU Turkish Restaurant at Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis Kebab to join their kitchen brigade.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Kebab or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
• Knowledge of Turkish, Middle Eastern, or Mediterranean kebab preparation is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with various meat cuts, marinades, portioning, and food safety regulations.
• Willingness to learn, develop culinary skills, and work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication, time management, and physical stamina for restaurant shifts.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
