Location: Dubai

We are looking for experienced BIM Architectural Modelers to join our team and work on exciting building and construction projects. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design/coordination clashes.
• Prepare BIM models as per project requirements and BIM standards.
• Incorporate design changes and consultant/client comments.
• Support the preparation of construction and shop drawings.
• Maintain model accuracy, quality and project documentation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
• Experience in BIM coordination with knowledge of LOD and BIM standards.
• Navisworks knowledge is an advantage.
• UAE/GCC project experience mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
