The Mall Manager is responsible for the overall management, operations, tenant relations, customer experience, and commercial performance of the mall. The role ensures that the mall operates efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and approved business objectives.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in mall management, retail property management, commercial real estate, hospitality, or a similar environment.
• Proven experience managing tenants, facilities, contractors, and multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of mall operations, tenant relations, facilities management, customer service, and commercial performance.
• Language preferred should be (English, Arabic, Hindi & Urdu)
