Milele Motors is currently hiring a Property Investment Consultant to manage buy-sell property investments for a private family office, handling everything from deal sourcing and underwriting to acquisition, sales, leasing, and exit.
Key Responsibilities
- Source residential and selected commercial opportunities across Dubai/UAE.
- Underwrite acquisitions, pricing, costs, ROI and downside scenarios.
- Prepare concise investment memos, market analysis and deal recommendations.
- Negotiate with brokers, developers, trustees and other transaction partners.
- Advise UHWN clients and family office principals with discretion.
- Maintain property dashboards, CRM records, P&L and transaction documentation.
- Drive sales/leasing targets and manage transactions through completion.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of UAE real estate sales/leasing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property pricing and investment trends.
- Strong sales, negotiation, closing and client-advisory skills.
- RERA certification is mandatory.
- Fluent English; Arabic is highly preferred.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
