The F&B Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing courteous, professional, and efficient service, ensuring food and beverages are served according to hotel standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present menus, provide detailed information, and make recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
• Check guest satisfaction and handle any complaints or special requests.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, buffets, and banquets.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and ensure accurate billing.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Fluent in Russian and English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
