Andaz Dubai The Palm is looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager – Front Office (Night) to join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations during the night shift
• Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience
• Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
• Take charge of emergency situations and coordinate effectively with relevant departments
• Support the Front Office team and ensure operational standards are consistently maintained
• Ensure a seamless handover to the day operation

Ideal Candidate

A hospitality professional with strong Front Office experience for 2-3 years in a similar position, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the confidence to take ownership of night operations.
