• Proficiency in English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, and Urdu

Requirements

• Greet clients, issue tokens, and manage the queue.
• Guide visitors with wayfinding & service information.
• Collect, log, and resolve customer feedback.
• Coordinate across medical, lab & registration teams.
