Milele Motors is offering great real estate jobs in Dubai for professionals who can manage buy-sell property investments for a private family office from deal sourcing and underwriting to acquisition, sales, leasing and exit.

Key Responsibilities

• Source residential and selected commercial opportunities across Dubai/UAE.
• Underwrite acquisitions, pricing, costs, ROI and downside scenarios.
• Prepare concise investment memos, market analysis and deal recommendations.
• Negotiate with brokers, developers, trustees and other transaction partners.
• Advise UHNW clients and family office principals with discretion.
• Maintain property dashboards, CRM records, P&L and transaction documentation.
• Drive sales/leasing targets and manage transactions through completion.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of UAE real estate sales/leasing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property pricing and investment trends.
• Strong sales, negotiation, closing and client-advisory skills.
• RERA certification is mandatory.
• Fluent English; Arabic is highly preferred.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
