Azizi Developments is seeking a dedicated Civil Inspector to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining high quality and safety standards across our construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting daily site inspections of civil and structural works — foundations, columns, slabs, shear walls, and podium levels.
• Ensuring construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE building regulations.
• Reading and interpreting structural, civil, and architectural drawings with precision.

Requirements

• 8+ years of site inspection/supervision experience in the UAE.
• Background with a consultant or supervision firm (mandatory).
• Proven experience on highrise towers (G+20 and above) and/or residential construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in reading structural, civil, and architectural drawings.
