We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist for a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source specialised and hard-to-find products globally while identifying and qualifying OEMs and authorized suppliers.
• Conduct comprehensive supplier, market, product, and price research.
• Evaluate technical and commercial quotations and negotiate price, payment terms, warranty, and lead times.
• Coordinate international freight, logistics, customs clearance, and import/export documentation.
• Evaluate total landed cost and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in procurement.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
