CNS is looking for an experienced BIM Structural Modeler to join our growing engineering team and support major projects across the UAE.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform structural modeling, detailing, and documentation using Revit Structure.
• Carry out clash detection and coordinate models with other disciplines using Navisworks.
• Work extensively with reinforced concrete (RCC) structures adhering to LOD 300/400 standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural BIM modeling.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Prior UAE or GCC project experience is strongly preferred; immediate joiners are prioritized.
