Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to all branches and head office.
• Maintain hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues.
• Ensure security, backups, and data integrity.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Support payment systems and applications.

Requirements

• IT experience in an Exchange / Financial Services environment preferred.
• Experience in IT support, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of payment systems and banking/exchange applications is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
