Al Serh Group is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Sharjah and Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating mechanical and electrical works across major construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and finishing teams
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals
• Ensure compliance with project execution, authority requirements, and consultant coordination
• Manage MEP systems, installation sequencing, and site coordination effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Mandatory UAE experience in the construction and contracting industry
• Preferred experience in high-rise building projects
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
