Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure MEP materials and equipment.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations based on project specifications, BOQ, quality, and budget.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Coordinate with project, site, QS, and finance teams on procurement requirements and payments.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures and applicable UAE regulations.
