As part of the development of our high-end catering operation in Abu Dhabi, we are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team and take ownership of our procurement function.

Requirements

• Procurement experience within catering, hospitality, central kitchens, or food production
• Sourcing and developing suppliers across food, beverage, equipment, and operational supplies
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market, supplier networks in Abu Dhabi and Dubai
• Candidates must already be based in the UAE
• Availability to join within a short notice period is preferred
