Cleantech Gulf is seeking a qualified Supply Chain Executive to join their team in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. Immediate joiners with UAE or JAFZA experience are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage local and international procurement activities.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate prices and terms.
• Monitor the purchase order process and ensure timely, effective and efficient delivery of goods.
• Coordinate import, export and cross-trade shipments.
• Handle shipping documents, customs clearance and freight forwarders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses and internal departments.
• Maintain procurement and shipment records.
• Ensure timely delivery while controlling costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Procurement & Operations.
• UAE experience preferred (JAFZA/Free Zone is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
