Ahalia Exchange is seeking an experienced Software Implementation Project Lead to spearhead the implementation of a brand new core system. This critical business transformation role involves taking ownership from UAT through production implementation, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

Role Overview

• Work closely with senior management, business operations, Finance, Compliance, AML, Risk, IT, and vendors.
• Ensure smooth transition from the existing platform to the new core system.
• Manage software vendors, implementation partners, and technical teams.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of software/application/technology experience.
• Proven experience leading at least one major enterprise software implementation from UAT to production go-live.
• Strong experience in software testing, UAT, data migration, and APIs.
• Knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulatory environment is a strong advantage.
