Intermass is looking for an experienced MEP Procurement Engineer / MEP Coordinator to join their team and manage technical and commercial coordination of MEP subcontract packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, contracts, and tender documents
• Prepare and float enquiries to MEP subcontractors and specialist suppliers
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of quotations and negotiate prices
• Coordinate with Estimation, QS, Project teams, and suppliers

Requirements

• Strong experience in MEP procurement and subcontractor management
• Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF review software
• Experience with AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, or ERP systems is an advantage
