Milele Motors is currently seeking an experienced Procurement & BOQ Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for luxury villa renovations and high-end residential projects in Dubai. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong sourcing capabilities, and expert negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Read architectural, interior, MEP, civil and AutoCAD drawings.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis and procurement schedules.
• Source luxury materials and build a verified UAE supplier network.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, warranties and delivery commitments.
• Evaluate samples, technical submittals and material quality.
• Track orders, deliveries, GRNs, invoices and procurement documentation.
• Support value engineering, cost control and site/contractor coordination.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of UAE/Dubai luxury fit-out, villa, joinery or building-material procurement.
• Strong BOQ and quantity take-off experience.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings, specifications and shop drawings.
• Advanced Excel for BOQs, comparisons and procurement trackers.
• Strong supplier network across Dubai/UAE.
• Commercially sharp, technically curious and confident negotiating.
• UAE driving licence strongly preferred/required.
