Traveller’s Choice Travel & Tourism L.L.C is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee DMC operations in Dubai, UAE. This leadership role offers competitive salary and benefits within a dynamic and growing travel brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in the Dubai DMC (DMC Experience mandatory).
• At least 8+ years of experience in a General Manager or Senior Leadership role within the UAE.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, sales performance, and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE tourism industry and international source markets, particularly India & the Subcontinent.
• Well-established network with hotels, DMCs, corporates, and travel industry partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-branch operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in English.
