Al Jazeera International Catering (JIC) is seeking an experienced Catering Manager for immediate joining in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. We are looking for locally available candidates in the UAE who can manage industrial and camp catering operations efficiently.

Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Catering Management or related field.
• 5-10 years’ experience in handling Industrial catering/Camp catering in the Middle East region.
• Strong hands-on experience in time management, client relations and a proven track record in managing a team and workforce.
• Solid knowledge of Food safety and HACCP standards.
• Menu planning and cost control & ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Locally available candidates in the UAE and immediate joiners preferred.
