Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in vegetable crops and fruit tree production.
• Good knowledge of crop nutrition, fertigation, pest & disease management, irrigation, and crop protection.
• Ability to monitor crop performance, yield, quality, and implement effective agronomic practices.
• UAE agricultural experience is highly preferred with a valid UAE Equivalency Certificate.
