Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day crop production and farm activities.
• Monitor crop growth, irrigation, fertilization, and pest management programs.
• Support greenhouse and open-field farming operations.
• Collect and analyze farm data to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• UAE Nationals (Emirati) with a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Crop Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.
