What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire the barista team to deliver exceptional coffee and service.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and customer experience.
• Train, coach, and develop baristas to grow their skills.
• Manage inventory, equipment care, and daily operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Barista or Head Barista.
• Strong knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Experience in team leadership and training.
• Passion for hospitality, quality, and customer service.
• F&B or Café industry experience is required.
