Altawiz Consultancy LLC is looking for driven, target-focused Business Development Executives to help grow our client base across the UAE. This is a full-time opportunity based in Dubai.

What You Will Do

• Prospect and generate qualified leads through calls, LinkedIn & email outreach
• Book and attend meetings with business owners, CEOs & HR
• Introduce Altawiz’s services: HR Outsourcing, HR Consulting, LeanForce360 & Recruitment
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up every lead to closure

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior business development experience in HR consultancy, Outsourcing
• Strong communication, follow-up discipline and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working with targets & CRM systems
• Confidence in approaching corporate decision-makers
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Preferred Languages: Malayalam, Hindi & English
