Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chef de Cuisine to join their culinary team and lead kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing overall hotel kitchen operations.
• Lead and manage à la carte culinary offerings across dining outlets.
• Ensure consistent preparation, presentation, and quality of all menu items.
• Develop innovative dishes and supervise, train, and mentor kitchen team members.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and ensure compliance with Hilton and HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef role in luxury hotels or upscale dining.
• Strong expertise in à la carte cuisine, menu development, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Previous international hotel brand experience is an advantage.
