Paris Group is actively seeking a talented and passionate professional for their latest fashion designer jobs in UAE openings. The ideal candidate will manage designs from conception to styling and bring exceptional ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete design process from initial conception through to final styling.
• Develop fashion designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and fully functional.
• Research current fashion trends and brainstorm creative product ideas.
• Recommend the best fabrics, colors, patterns, and textures for collections.
• Lead and participate in fittings to assess fit, drape, and aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with patternmakers and the design team on technical adjustments.
• Work with sourcing teams to select high-quality fabrics.
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Communicate feedback and alterations clearly to design, pattern, and production teams.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout all fitting sessions.
• Review products for style and fit during presentations.
• Coordinate with the Vice President to ensure standards are met and designs are approved.
• Develop and review Pre-Production (PP) samples for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure PP samples are prepared for client presentations, photoshoots, and fashion shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer specializing in fittings, supported by a strong portfolio.
• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, and fit principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other digital design tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for fit and proportion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Tagalog language proficiency is a must.
• Must be willing to travel to China to carry out job responsibilities.
