Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel Front Office environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of ONQ (Hilton Property Management System) is highly preferred.
• Experience within Hilton-branded hotels is an advantage.
