Andaz Dubai The Palm, a 5-star lifestyle hotel on Palm Jumeirah focused on personalized and locally inspired guest experiences, is looking for a dynamic professional to fill the Guest Relations GSO position. We are seeking a confident, guest-focused and energetic individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences and delivering personalized Andaz service.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized Andaz service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Handle guest engagement and resolve complaints effectively.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury lifestyle environment.
• Interact with international guests, utilizing multilingual skills where applicable.

Requirements

• Previous luxury hotel, Guest Relations, or Front Office experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Proficiency in additional languages (particularly Russian, Arabic, French, German, Mandarin, or other European languages) is an advantage.
