Everest Hospitality is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead their culinary operations in the UAE. Join a passionate team dedicated to delivering excellence in every plate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations and culinary team
• Plan menus and ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Manage food cost, inventory, wastage, and portion control
• Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff
• Ensure timely meal production and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in catering industry (3 years in a similar role)
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines and large-scale food production
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
• Good understanding of food costing, portion control, and inventory management
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
