Gulf Model School is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and results-driven professional for Head of Assessment jobs in Dubai for the 2026–2027 academic year. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the school’s assessment strategy, ensuring effective assessment planning, coordination, data analysis, and supporting student progress.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in assessment planning and coordination
- Strong expertise in data analysis and assessment policies
- CBSE school experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of academic standards, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with CAT4, ASSET, NGRT, TIMSS, PIRLS, and CBSE assessments is an added advantage
