We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team in Sharjah, UAE on an on-site basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Coordinate interviews and candidate documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Handle attendance, leave and employee queries
• Support payroll and HR operations
• Assist with employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations

Requirements

• 2–5 years of overall experience with mandatory UAE HR experience
• Strong communication skills with fluency in Hindi and English
• Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS
