GINCO Contracting Co. LLC is looking for an experienced Material Coordinator to join their team in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities

• Material planning – prioritise requirements by site urgency and sequence
• Requisitions – review and approve MR, AR, PR and LR in ERP and GCC Portal
• Submittals & approvals – coordinate material submittals and approvals
• Procurement follow-up – prepare LPOs and track requisition-to-LPO status
• Delivery coordination – follow up supplier deliveries and urgent site needs
• Storage & inventory – verify site stock and monitor wastage

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business preferred
• 2-5 years in material coordination or procurement, preferably in construction industry
• ERP knowledge and strong MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of requisition, quantity verification and LPO processes
