Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for MEP works.
- Handle client billing, variations, and subcontractor payments.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
- Mandatory UAE experience in MEP contracting.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting quantities.
