Milele Motors is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end vehicle procurement operations, ranging from market research and supplier management to pricing, contract negotiation, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers and auction partners locally and internationally.
• Conduct international bidding and tender processes to source vehicles competitively.
• Source vehicles meeting company standards for quality, specification and pricing.
• Analyze pricing, quality, specifications and total cost of ownership between local and international markets.
• Monitor global automotive market trends, pricing, supply chain dynamics and inventory availability.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, warranties and delivery schedules to maximize value.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, customs clearance and delivery with stakeholders.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and quality assessments.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in vehicle procurement, purchasing or auto trading.
• Strong knowledge of international markets, suppliers, auctions and automotive industry dynamics.
• Proven experience in international bidding and tendering processes.
• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Excel and procurement systems.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred and fluent English is required.
