Abu Dhabi Medical Industries L.L.C. is looking for a Store Coordinator / Storekeeper to manage daily store operations and inventory records in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Maintain proper storage, labelling, and organization of materials
- Record all material receipts, issues, returns, and stock transfers
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged items, and discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement, project teams, and site personnel regarding material requirements
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare material reports and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures
- Updating stock issue voucher in the system for the materials issued to production
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or relevant qualification preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory control, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems
- Good organizational, communication, and recordkeeping skills
