OurShopee Hiring Warehouse Associates – Dubai

OurShopee is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Operations – Fulfilment and Logistics team. This role is ideal for candidates looking for warehouse associate jobs in Dubai with a growing e-commerce company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound receiving, product verification and inventory updates.
• Manage order picking, packing, labelling and dispatch.
• Maintain stock accuracy and conduct physical stock checks.
• Verify product SKUs, models and IMEI/serial numbers where applicable.
• Process returns and ensure safe handling of high-value electronics.
• Support timely order fulfilment, including same-day and 24-hour deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on warehouse experience, preferably in UAE e-commerce, retail or fulfilment.
• Experience with WMS, ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
• Experience handling mobile phones, laptops or consumer electronics is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, teamwork and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and support evening shifts when required.
