OurShopee is seeking a Head – Pre-Owned Electronics in Dubai to own the full lifecycle of our refurbished and pre-owned business. Drive sourcing, grading, pricing, quality control, and profitability to build a high-margin growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong B2B, trade-in, liquidation, and refurbishment vendor network across UAE and GCC.
- Define grading standards and oversee quality control and refurbishment workflows.
- Own pricing strategy, margin targets, and profitability across all categories.
- Manage inventory ageing, sell-through, and clearance cycles.
- Ensure accurate, standardized listings across platforms and marketplaces.
- Partner closely with warehouse, finance, marketing, and customer service teams.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years in pre-owned or refurbished electronics and device lifecycle management.
- Proven experience managing mobiles, laptops, tablets, and accessories categories.
- Strong understanding of grading, refurbishment, and resale value modelling.
- Established UAE and GCC vendor, trade-in, and liquidation network is a strong plus.
- Solid grasp of pricing, margins, inventory ageing, and profitability.
- Commercially driven and hands-on in a high-SKU-turnover environment.
