Chinese Palace Group is looking for a Delivery Operations Assistant to support our brands across multiple food delivery platforms in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities
- Focus mainly on delivery platform operations, including menu and listing updates.
- Handle outlet setup, cancellations, platform issues, and sales monitoring.
Requirements
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, delivery operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with UAE food delivery platforms is an advantage.
- Good understanding of sales and order reports.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, IFERROR, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and COUNTIF.
- Organized and able to manage multiple brands and outlets.
