Hiring – Site Operation Engineer (JAFZA, Dubai)

Jereh Group is seeking an experienced Site Operation Engineer to oversee and manage daily factory site operations at our JAFZA facility in Dubai. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and hands‑on experience dealing with UAE authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory site operations and ensure smooth coordination of all on‑site activities
• Ensure full compliance with JAFZA and UAE laws, regulations, and authority requirements
• Manage the complete lifecycle of operational licenses, permits, approvals, and NOCs
• Serve as the primary liaison with JAFZA, Trakhees, DCD, DEWA, and other relevant authorities
• Handle government submissions, inspections, permits, and official documentation
• Coordinate and support authority inspections, audits, and site visits, ensuring timely closure of observations
• Monitor regulatory updates, assess compliance risks, and implement mitigation measures
• Provide compliance guidance to operations, engineering, and cross‑functional teams
• Ensure factory operations remain legal, safe, continuous, and audit‑ready

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in JAFZA, Dubai (mandatory)
• Proven ability to independently manage end‑to‑end JAFZA government procedures
• Strong working knowledge of JAFZA authorities and UAE regulatory processes
• Detail‑oriented, confident, and capable of managing authority coordination from start to finish
• Open to all nationalities with relevant JAFZA experience
