Azizi Developments is hiring a Construction Manager specializing in Swimming Pool Construction in Dubai. The role involves leading site operations with technical precision and taking full ownership of swimming pool projects on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project delivery from planning and mobilization through to final handover
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary site teams including engineers, foremen, pool specialists, and subcontractors
• Drive all pool construction activities including excavation, structural works, gunite/shotcrete, waterproofing, tiling, filtration, chemical dosing, and finishing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, with at least 4–5 years focused on swimming pool and aquatic facility projects
• Proven track record of delivering swimming pool and civil construction projects in the UAE
• Strong technical knowledge of pool construction techniques including gunite/shotcrete, fiberglass, vinyl liner, overflow, and skimmer pool systems
• Solid understanding of waterproofing systems, filtration equipment, chemical dosing, and pool finishing materials
