Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS, preferably Paylite HRMS.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• UAE/GCC HR experience and knowledge of UAE labour practices will be an advantage.
