Vivasvaan Industrial Co. Hiring HR Officer – KEZAD, Abu Dhabi

Duties & Responsibility

• Handling compensation and Benefit.
• Employee Leave Management system.
• Managing end to end employee activities.
• Managing employee files.
• Team Engagement activities.

Expected Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Hands-on experience managing blue-collar workforce.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE and ICP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or Business Administration.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Strong MS Office, Excel and ERP/HRMS skills.
