Looking for recruitment supervisor jobs in Abu Dhabi? Bin Murshed Group is hiring an experienced recruitment supervisor to lead high-volume recruitment for delivery operations.
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred for this full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for bike riders, motorcycle delivery drivers, and car delivery drivers
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and achieve hiring targets
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, walk-ins, and referrals
- Conduct candidate screening, phone interviews, and assessments
- Coordinate candidate documentation, licence verification, and onboarding
Requirements
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in UAE blue-collar recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting bike riders and car delivery drivers
- Background in courier, logistics, or food delivery companies
- Fluency in Hindi and Urdu is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the UAE
