Bin Murshed Group is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to support human resources functions and ensure efficient operations in Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, administration, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, and benefits activities
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of progressive UAE HR experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
- Female Filipina candidates are preferred
