Peaksy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily FEC operations at Yas Bay Waterfront, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Oversee daily FEC operations, grow revenue, and deliver excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, safe and efficient FEC operations
• Drive footfall, increase revenue, and secure corporate business
• Plan and execute events, parties and group bookings
• Supervise FEC Supervisor and frontline team
• Track KPIs, manage costs and prepare regular reports

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in family entertainment centers
• Proven track record in growing sales and customer footfall
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of UAE safety and operations regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration preferred
