Milele Motors is seeking qualified candidates for vehicle procurement jobs in Dubai to lead end-to-end vehicle procurement from market research and supplier management to pricing and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers and auction partners locally and internationally.
• Conduct international bidding / tender processes to source vehicles competitively from global markets.
• Source vehicles that meet company standards for quality, specification and pricing.
• Compare and analyze pricing, quality, specifications and total cost of ownership between local and international markets.
• Monitor global automotive market trends, pricing, supply chain dynamics and inventory availability.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, warranties and delivery schedules to maximize value.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, customs clearance and delivery with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in vehicle procurement, purchasing or auto trading.
• Strong knowledge of international markets, suppliers, auctions and automotive industry dynamics.
• Proven experience in international bidding / tendering processes.
• Strong ability to compare and analyze local vs. international markets.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to obtain the best value and terms.
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement/ERP systems.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
